
Call by 2pm and your order will be shipped the same day via UPS. In addition, we deliver every 20th working day of the month with our fleet of trucks.
With over 40 years of coffee experience, Illinois Coffee has more than 1000 accounts in the Chicagoland area. Our staff has developed very thorough and effective communication skills. Many of our clients enjoy the high level of service that their customer service representatives are able to provide to them. Each account is assigned a route team so that they are able to get very familiar with the contact person and their specific ordering habits in order to better accommodate them. You will always have the same route driver and in-office customer service representative.
The customer service representatives fax our clients approximately five working days before their scheduled route delivery each month. The reminder fax includes specials we feature each month. You can simply write down what you need and then fax it back. If we have not received an order two days prior to your scheduled route delivery, your customer service representative will call your location to see if anything is needed. In addition to these two methods, you may also place your orders online by signing in with your customer ID and password.
All maintenance, parts and/or replacement of our equipment is free. We have a 24 hour turn around period on service calls where either the equipment will be repaired, replaced or the problem will be assessed.
No time contracts or deposits required with any of our equipment.
